Today 11 children and young people will be diagnosed with cancer. This diagnosis is devastating. Life, as families know it, will never be the same again. That’s when CLIC Sargent steps in.
It is due to the dedication and attitude of our staff that we are able to help these young lives. We want to ensure that all young cancer patients and their families receive the support they need, for as long as they need it, and we are working towards making this change happen.
In order to bring about this change, we need to be a strong and robust organisation - and that’s why our administrative functions are so important. As Corporate Resources PA & Administrator, you will provide excellent PA support to the Director of Finance, and you will support the work of the Governance Support Manager and the Corporate Resources directorate. Your valued organisational skills will enable you to take on the responsibility of implementing corporate administrative processes. As an effective communicator you will be confident in liaising with staff and other stakeholders, and will have confidence in your own ability to take the initiative on improving our processes.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who prides themselves on their administrative capabilities and organisational skills, and is keen to develop these further, whilst helping to support a fantastic cause. It’s also a great opportunity to start a career in the charity sector, and to gain some really valuable experience to help with progressing this career.
CLIC Sargent is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
What they offer:
In return for your commitment, they offer a great reward package, which includes generous annual leave entitlement, pension scheme and season ticket loan.
