Legal PA to Head of Projects

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a magic circle law firm to support the head of their projects division. This position will involve full PA support to the manager and wider team when necessary and will include extensive administrative support, diary management, travel arrangements, meeting and events coordination, extensive client liaison, involvement in and support of project processes and tasks. The position will also include supporting with marketing tasks such as pitch presentations, PowerPoint updates and document production.

Applicants must have studied to A level and ideally will have a degree or equivalent. Applicants will also have had a minimum of 2 years’ administrative or secretarial experience within either a legal or professional services environment.

This is a full time, permanent role paying circa £24,000 - £30,000.
