My client, a prestigious law firm, have an exciting opportunity for a Front of House Manager to join their dynamic team.

The firm are moving to stunning brand new offices and ideally they would like this person to be onboard before the move so that they can be an integral part of the transition process.

This is a brand new role due to expansion and it is a fantastic opportunity to ensure their clients' experience of their new office reflects their values and to bring together their facilities and services function for the benefit of everyone at the firm.

The successful candidate will know what excellent client service looks like - both for external and internal clients, love to go the extra mile, be extremely well organised and be able to manage a team of 3 - providing support including switchboard, catering and general office services.

Responsibilities include:

Front of House

  • The person in charge - you will set the tone for client experience, know exactly who is visiting on any given day and be responsible for making their visit memorable.
  • Oversee the room booking service including the Munich and San Francisco office - ensuring maximum utilisation of our space.
  • Client care - coordinating London meeting rooms and ensuring all the details have been thought about in advance including refreshments, lunch and any other services relevant to the meeting.
  • Manage the team of three - the provision of switchboard, facilities and office services. The team covers everything from ensuring we have fully trained First Aiders, to overseeing the cleaning of the office space to bulk copying and stationary.
  • Manage the relationship with the Facilities Team and take full responsibility for the service contracts and subsequent budget contro.

Line Management

  • Manage the team of three - the provision of switchboard, facilities and office services. The team covers everything from ensuring we have fully trained First Aiders, to overseeing the cleaning of the office space to bulk copying and stationary.
