An exciting Receptionist opportunity to join a new City based Insurance spin off company opening new offices!
A brand new Reception area is being created for someone to take on and really make their own.
Main Purpose of Job:
Manage the Reception Desk and Client Lounge to ensure that a first-class service is delivered to all visitors to the company at all times.
Key Tasks )
Manage the main Reception Desk, and provide a professional meet and greet service to all visitors.
Handle all inbound calls to the main contact number.
Manage bookings for all meeting rooms and Boardroom - ensuring that all required facilities are present as and when required. (ie. refreshments, flipcharts etc).
Ensure that the Client Lounge is always clean and tidy - and ensure that tea, coffee, milk and cold drink supplies are kept sufficient.
Administer stationery supplies liaising with approved suppliers to place and receive orders.
Arrange for couriers and taxis as and when required.
Receive and distribute inbound post on a daily basis.
Arrange in-house catering when required (ie for sandwich lunches and the like).
Assist in the arrangement of company events as and when required to do so.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Office Manager
Key Technical Skills/Knowledge/Professional Qualifications Required:
Previous experience in working on/running a Reception Desk.
MS Office proficiency
The ability to deliver a great service to clients both internal and external.
