Sales Consultant - Luxury Diamond Company

Our client, a young dynamic luxury diamond company based in the West End, is looking for a Sales Consultant who is positive and well organised to start ASAP.

Your working hours will be as follows:

Working every Saturday from 10am - 5pm with 1 day off in the week,

Working one Sunday in a month from 11am - 5pm,

Rest of the week are 2 late nights from 11am -8pm.

Main duties are:

• Maximise sales whilst providing outstanding customer service.
• Liaise with in- house teams to ensure they are informed of new sales and ongoing orders.
• Take client meetings in the showrooms and convert potential clients to sales.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
• Manage cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies

The successful candidate must have strong organisational skills to keep up with a fast-paced workflow and have good interpersonal skills. You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, display great professionalism and customer service skills, be flexible and adaptable, have a strong eye for detail and be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You need to be able to use your own initiative, be a team player and have good knowledge of all Microsoft packages. You need to be fluent in English and ideally German or French and have strong basic mathematical skills.
