A fantastic opportunity for confident candidates with excellent analytical, research and communication skills to work for a highly successful Executive Search company as a Research Associate based in the heart of London - West End.

You do not necessarily need to have experience in the industry, however an interest in financial services and economics will be super beneficial as well as a degree in either Ideally but not exclusively – History, Economics or Politics  – this is not exclusive, however something that shows writing and research skills is a massive plus! We are open to discussing the role with candidates who have secretarial/admin experience but are looking for something different. If you are a graduate with an inquisitive nature and excellent telephone manner, this can also work.

The role will be working with a highly successful Executive Search Partners and Associates to provide research support on projects. This will involve a lot of variety and desk based research communicating with C-suite executives from blue-chip multinational and FTSE 100 companies accruing information to map the market and collate information.  This will be appealing to candidates who excel at building rapport and thrive in a focused environment. You will benefit from working with successful colleagues, learning the tricks of the trade, collaborating on projects to present to clients.
