Private PA for UHNW British Family

If you are a top Private PA with excellent experience and interested in working for a down to earth UHNW British family at a beautiful estate near Glastonbury, Somerset, then we want to hear from you.

A very busy and dynamic family of 2 adults and 3 teenage children need you to organize and manage their home and private lives. All the expected Private PA duties from household admin, schedules, correspondence, lots of travel arrangements, research and sourcing, gift shopping, managing insurances, some house management, staff management, personal shopping, organize travel and transportation of horses and grooms to events,, taking the dog to the vets,  maintaining efficiency and organization and anything and everything to help make their lives run smoothly. The family are moving into a large new home later this year, so there will be lots to get involved with for the end stage construction and fit out – liaising with contractors,  keeping everything on track and the family updated.

They are a delightful, kind and active family, who are considerate, appreciative and mindful of work/life balance. The role will be based at the home working mainly with the lady of the house, though there will be liaison with the Principal, whose office/business is close by, and his EA. A Chauffeur/Handyman, Housekeeper and Chef are also employed.

Requirements

• Excellent Private PA experience with UHNW individuals/families
• UHNW residence experience
• Pro-active, on the ball, lots of initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Absolute trustworthiness and integrity
• Smart, intelligent and on the ball
• Flexible and always willing to go the extra mile to get things done
• Enjoys the countryside
• Clean driving licence
• Currently based in the UK and if applicable, valid work permit

Salary £60,000 -£70,000 DOE. Mon to Fri, 9 am to 6 pm.  Occasional flexibility required. Accommodation can be provided for the initial trial period of your employment if relocating from elsewhere in the UK.
