PA

Due to an increase in work and projects, our client are hiring a temporary PA to assist with overflow work. This may well develop into a permanent position and is likely to last for at least six months or so. 

You will work closely with the other PA's and Team Assistant's across the business to pick up extra work and tasks. This will include diary management, organising meetings, planning travel, completing expenses etc. 

Across the business everyone works to tight deadlines and under pressure so it is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate a calm nature and not get flustered or stressed easily. 

The culture is team based and the office is very friendly; you will get training and support from everyone around you but you also need to take initiative for your work each day.
