Fantastic opportunity to join a thriving corporate company as EA / Office Manager supporting the charismatic and successful Managing Director.  Having doubled in size in the last two years they are now looking to grow internationally, you will be joining them at a very exciting time.  You will be involved in organising varied events and your duties will include:

  • Large Corporate Client Events
  • Managing ad hoc projects
  • Attend board meetings
  • Office Management, i.e. suppliers, office moves etc
  • Extensive worldwide travel arrangements
  • Assisting with social media initiatives

You will have a complete smorgasbord of responsibilities, your main one is looking after the Managing Director, ensuring he is in the right place at the right time with the right people and papers!!   His diary is constantly changing and he relies very heavily on his EA to help him with the vision for the company.  He really appreciates all his EA / Office Manager does for him and the team.  To become part of this great company you will need to have fantastic presentation skills, be adept at juggling many balls in the air at once, really care about the presentation of your work and have huge attention to detail, this is a must, as much of what you do is the face of the company.
