PA support to CFO and team for City firm £38,000

  • Full management of busy diaries, dealing with all meeting requests and queries.
  • Organisation of internal/external meetings, video conferences and conference calls across

    multiple time zones.

  • Liaise closely with the travel team and overseas offices in order to co-ordinate detailed itineraries

    for global travel.

  • Ensure all Committee packs/meeting papers are issued prior to meetings within an appropriate

    timescale.

  • Responsible for completing expenses and submitting before cut-off.
  • Co-ordination of team on/off sites, social events, lunches and dinners.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as creating / updating presentations and organisational charts,

    approving invoices and facilitating document signing.

  • Manage confidential and time sensitive information
  • Facilities Management – responsible for all office and IT related matters for the department

    including team desk moves, stationery supplies, post, etc.

  • Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure they are met
  • Attention to detail with a great deal of accuracy
  • Ability to deal with a large amount of information in an efficient manner

  • Ability to learn other skill sets and new technologies as needed

  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both external and internal contacts

    and colleagues

Experience:

  • Solid PA experience, preferably within Financial Services
  • Strong MS Office skills
