Team Assistant any Euro Language

Our City based client is offering a superb opportunity for a Team Assistant or Receptionist looking for a TA role to join a fantastic team of professionals within Investment banking. The Team Assistant role encompasses
Looking after team of 11, including 2 x VIP's.
Managing diaries
Extensive client liaison
Reconciling expenses
Managing a busy in box so good knowledge of outlook is essential
Booking and arranging meetings
Arranging travel

This role would be ideal for example for a Team Assistant with some support experience perhaps within the Financial services sector or within a large Corporation. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are available immediately and who are professional. polished, self starters with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a team orientated, proactive approach and attitude
