Presentations Specialist

A West End based Asset Management firm are looking for an immediately available Presentations Specialist to join their very busy marketing and communications team. The role is initially a 6 month temporary role.

Duties include:-

• Manage the production of presentations and marketing literature
• Source financial data to update presentations
• Manage, maintain and update the presentations library
• Monitor the workflow of presentations from brief to completion
• Interact with internal clients to manage expectations and timeframes

Key skills required:-

• Prior Presentations/DTP experience ideally gained within Asset Management or a similar fast paced, corporate environment
• Experience of sourcing financial data
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to work well within a team
