This Central London based Beauty Retailer of some of the world's best loved and most well known hair and beauty brands is looking for an empathetic and proactive Customer Service Executive to join the small, friendly team.
You will provide exemplary customer service support for four popular brands and act as a main point of contact for all email and telephone queries and complaints, ensuring matters are resolved quickly, effectively and according to procedure.
This busy and varied Customer Service Executive role would suit a strong communicator with a great telephone manner and experience within a fast paced retail environment, preferably within the beauty industry. You will be keen to learn all about the beauty and hair products and will take pride in always giving outstanding customer service.

To be successful in this Customer Service Executive role, you will have:
*2 + years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment
*Ideally experience within the Beauty industry
*Previous experience working within Customer Service an advantage
*Strong understanding of providing exemplary customer service within a retail environment
*IT literacy and basic Excel for data entry
*Excellent communication, both spoken and written
*Proactive problem solving skills
Key accountabilities within this Customer Service Executive role include:
*Acting as a main point of contact for all queries and complaints
*Ensuring customers' issues are resolved timely and accurately
*Responding to queries via phone and email and managing complaints in line with procedure
*Answering all inbound calls
*Providing the Manager with updates
*Working closely with other departments to gain knowledge of all products, treatments, ingredients, product applications and promotions
