A fantastic charity has an exciting opening for an HR Assistant in their city office. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or college leaver with some experience looking to kick start a career within HR.

The role is supporting the HR team with full administrative support. Duties will include diary management, interview scheduling, producing reports, updating spreadsheets and assisting with HR across the company in a variety of different areas. You will be liaising at all levels in the business and will have the capacity to communicate with senior level people. This is an administrative role where you can learn and gain skills in HR. As you develop you will be able to take on more responsibility for the HR processes.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Some administrative/office based experience but 6 months as a minimum
  • Ideally you will have some exposure to HR but this is not essential
  • Strong administrative skills – ability to manage appointments, deal with reports, book in meetings and assist with ad-hoc projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, resilient, confident and self motivated personality.  You will be incredibly motivated and ambitious to succeed and prove yourself in this role and give it your all!
  • You have the ability to priorities and juggle different tasks
