A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Business Development Assistant to work on an initial 12 month FTC, supporting a Senior Manager in working with European lawyers on efforts to generate increased business for the firm. Responsibilities will include coordinating submissions to legal directories, guides, awards and other surveys, assisting in preparing targeted presentations such as pitch books, short term brochures and deal sheets, assembling pitch books and brochures, complete production aspects to ensure materials are accurate and on time, work with the graphics specialist on creative elements, assist in updating lawyer biographies over multiple channels, maintain a complete record of all pitches and maintain deals database, review and update European practice information on the firms external website, liaise with the US Business Development team to provide practice information, undertake market research and competitor analysis projects. Other duties will include supporting the team with the successful planning and execution for the London office client events including seminars, webinars and receptions, keeping the client and target client data and key contact information up to date on the CRM system. Candidates must be degree educated, experience of working within Marketing/Business Development in a professional services environment is desirable, however not essential. Candidates must have excellent written and communication skills and must work well in a team. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
