Accounts Payable Administrator Temp £11p.h, Pall Mall London

Our client is an international gas & oil company based in West London.This is an organisation dedicated to explore, develop and produce hydrocarbons.

Currently recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Officer for an immediate start, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally established gas and oil industry.

What you will be doing

• Dealing with the invoices/expense claims using oracle to scan import and index
• Review authorised invoices to ensure they are in line with organisational policies and procedures
• Prepare monthly aged creditor analysis, ensuring that older items are regularly cleared
• Prepare weekly BACS payment run reports for review and set up manual online payments
• Maintain accurate filing systems so that documents and reports can be traced easily and quickly

What they are looking for

• Someone with credible experience in a similar role
• Good use for MS softwares packages and accounts systems, (preferably Agresso)
• Able to work independently and handle heavy workloads with ease
• Someone with great organisational and communications skills
