This unique PA opportunity is based within the Residential Department of a prestigious nationwide Estate Agency but has the feel of working within a small, family run Estate Agents as you will assist the Director and his two sons who run this area of the business.
Based on the Isle of Dogs, this office is somewhat removed from the hub and buzz of Canary Wharf and may suit someone who would want to drive to work as there is parking available.
This varied PA role is covering maternity for a period of 12 months and requires an adaptable and helpful approach and "can do" attitude. No two days are the same, as you will assist in running the office, making lunch, liaising with clients as well as driving the Director to various lettings and sales properties around the local area.

To be successful in this PA contract role, you will have:
*Good standard of education
*Previous PA / secretarial experience within professional services, ideally property
*Experience working within a small office

*Good spelling and grammar
Key accountabilities within this PA contract role include:
*Providing PA assistance to the Director
*Driving the Director around lettings and sales properties in the local area
*Diary management
*Organising meetings
*Managing incoming communication including phone calls and emails
*Creating PowerPoint presentations
*Typing outgoing correspondence, mailshots and documents
*Typing, amending, formatting and binding reports, documents and presentations
*Managing filing and electronic filing
*Meeting and greeting clients
*Managing and updating contacts
*Making and sourcing lunches
*Day to day office management
