Our client, an international company with a small office in Central London is currently looking for a German speaking Office Manager with a strong background in accounts/book-keeping. They are looking for a dynamic Executive Assistant, who is happy to take on new challenges on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities will be varied, you are not only responsible for providing administrative support to the London office, but you are communicating with the German head office on a daily basis to ensure that issues regarding the book-keeping are communicated in a clear and concise manner.
Fantastic opportunity to develop your existing accounting/book-keeping skills further in a great working environment. This job can be offered on a part-time basis, or with flexible hours.
Profile
- German to mother tongue standard both written and spoken
- Fluency in English is essential
- Previous work experience as an administrator/office manager/ PA/ EA
- Experienced user of book-keeping software
- Confident in both accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Great team spirit
- Determined and persistent
- Highly organised with a strong sense of ownership
- High levels of initiative
