My client is looking for an Arrivals Co-ordinator for a high-end property company based in the City. You will be the first contact point and liaison of company. You will be responsible for ensuring all guest requirements are met upon their arrival and you provide outstanding customer service ensuring all needs are met. You will also be responsible for:

Guest Arrivals/Departures:

  • Always on time for scheduled guest meet and greet
  • Place calls with all guests due to check-in that day to ensure they are given our apartment and safety briefing and are aware of the check-in process
  • Reporting any issues at the apt. in a timely manner following internal processes
  • Make sure all arrivals and departure processes are followed at all times

Guest Services:

  • Liaise with the Guest Relations Assistants/Executives to arrange all guest special requests, including managing future special requests to ensure items are ready for guests when they arrive

Liaise with the Guest Relations Assistants/Executives to help resolve guest issues or queries ensuring they get resolved in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with any apt/appliance queries or issues
  • Make sure all guests queries, issues or requests are communicated to the relevant people

Customer Relations:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Communicating clearly to guests/office to ensure all requests are met in a prompt, timely fashion and all parties are kept updated at all times
  • Representing Portland Brown across our apt. locations
  • Portland Relationship ambassador to all building concierges

Administration:

  • Make sure daily handovers are sent at all times
  • Make sure all apartment set up and arrivals processes are follow at all times
  • Make sure all apartment issues are reported immediately

Training and Development

  • Training to be discussed with the Guest Relations Executives to identify own training and development needs

Relationship Management

  • To develop positive working relationships within all members, their suppliers and business partners.
  • Maintaining positive & professional relationships with onsite concierges

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-centric focused
  • Organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Must hold valid driving licence
  • Team player
  • Well presented
  • Self-motivated, hardworking with drive, ambition, energy and enthusiasm
  • IT literate: Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office, you will be trained additional systems being OSCAR
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
