RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT - WELL KNOWN LUXURY BRAND

My client is a hugely well known luxury brand with collaborations covering art, fashion, interior design and much, much more.  I am looking for someone with bags of energy, who has plenty of common sense and a proactive, can do mind set.  You must take huge pride in providing a top class service and enjoy taking ownership of your work.  Based on a busy reception, working alongside one other truly lovely receptionist you will be fully involved in meeting and greeting VIP clients, managing incredibly busy meeting rooms and organising breakfasts and lunches.  You will also support the team of PAs sourcing high end hotels and restaurants for their social events and helping with ad hoc projects. This is such a lovely role and you will feel very involved and a valued member of the team.  Working for a company who really look after their staff there is plenty of scope to progress once you’ve earnt your stripes. Ideally you will have 6 months+ reception experience working in luxury brands/media/creative industries and advanced IT skills are a must!
