Our client a Private Wealth firm is based in the heart of Mayfair and are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant.

The role will be varied from Admin tasks, to contract review, some paralegal work and PA.

This role would be ideal for a Law Graduate (LLB or GDL.

Skills, qualifications and experience:

• Experience in an administration or secretarial roles
• Experience with light bookkeeping (i.e. reconciling credit card statements with receipts, etc.)
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Outstanding computer skills - especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent personal presentation
• Proactive with a positive attitude
• Energetic with a strong work ethic
• Detail oriented
• Effective time management skills

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

• General front of house duties: answering phone calls, greeting visitors, providing refreshments during meetings
• Researching and booking travel arrangements
• Scheduling Outlook appointments for executives
• Providing information to management by handling research projects
• Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Accounts Payable/Receivable processing, invoicing and statement reconciliations
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Creating, updating, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
