This is a great opportunity for a PA / Office Manager working within a great Invention/Marketing team on renowned and loved brands.

Reporting to our Head of Invention & Group Marketing Director at Trinity Mirror's head office in Canary Wharf, this role will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will need to demonstrate versatility and have a proactive approach to dealing with a variety of business related issues. If you excel at excel, are a ninja at diaries and can work magic to bring departments together this is the job for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Diary management for Head of Invention (HoI).
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for HoI and Invention team.
  • Arranging, coordinating and supporting all internal and external meetings;producing correspondence, documents, briefing papers and presentations.
  • Monitoring the HoI inbox and answering emails and various related enquiries on their behalf.
  • Providing general administrative support such as managing office supplies and equipment, invoice. Processing, answering phones, mailing, filing and photocopying of confidential information.
  • Support in the execution of the Invention & Marketing department's strategy for UK sales.
  • Participate in departmental brainstorms as required giving the opportunity to help shape departmental initiatives.
  • Ability to prioritise activity and work to strict deadlines.
  • Using your initiative to create new opportunities within your role.
  • If you have a solid work discipline to get stuff done and, most important, be enthusiastic, you're the right person for the role.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a proactive PA/Office Administrator who has strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities. You'll need a 'can do' attitude with a professional but friendly demeanour.

Every day will be different with a wide set of skills and knowledge being learnt and applied.

To be considered for this role you will need to have plenty of initiative; a high level of personal organisation; good communication skills; numerical awareness and excellent attention to detail. Added to this you will have high levels of confidence working with MS Office applications.
