On-site Recruiter – contract £250 -£300 per day

Main duties as a Recruiter:

• Relationship Management with Senior Managers
• Vendor management
• Supporting the business through their exciting journey
• Help reduce cost through direct sourcing
• Working with high volumes
• Telephone screening candidates
• Conducting face to face meetings
• Extensive use of Linkedin and various other recruiting tools
• Processing contracts, offers and making sure being compliant at all times
• Business engagement, training line managers

You must have worked within an FS business and with high volumes and be very commercial.
