Our client, an international energy trading company based in the West End are seeking a part time HR Administrator for 3 days per week. You will be supporting the UK HR Business Partner with a range of administrative HR duties to ensure the delivery of a seamless HR service.

You must have advanced IT skills, in particular MS Word and Excel and will have experience within a similar role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR experience looking for a part time role to support this experienced and team orientated HR BP.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintaining the HR System (SAP) to ensure it remains accurate and up to date
  • Support in organising and scheduling interviews, assist in drafting job specifications and posting vacancies on the internal job board.
  • Produce and maintain recruitment tracker
  • Assist in the new joiner process including the generation of employee files and on-boarding of employees
  • Support with leavers process including exit interviews and updating the HR System
  • Keep absence/holiday tracker up to date
  • Scanning and processing of invoices
  • Problem solving - identify issues, and recommend or suggest solutions
