This successful, and rapidly growing, Financial Services firm, with offices based in the heart of the City, are seeking a Team Administrator to provide wide ranging, client focused support to their Introductory Broker team.
Working within a small team, the Team Administrator's duties will be diverse and wide ranging, but will include the following:
*Dealing with day to day client and administrative queries
*Ensuring all contracts are drafted, signed off and implemented correctly
*Maintaining the database of contracts, conducting KYC checks and modifying details
when required
*Assisting other departments as and when required in obtaining additional information
from Introducing Brokers
*Verifying and distributing monthly Introductory Broker statements
*Dealing with complex commission queries
*Working on a range of internal projects
The successful candidate will have already commenced their administrative career within the Financial Services industry, and be looking to stay within a support role where they can add value with their strong organisational and numerical skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be required, as will the ability to be tenacious and push back when needed, as a significant part of this role will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced MS Office Suite are essential, as is the ability to deal with high volumes of deadline driven work, and the ability to be discreet when dealing with high confidential information.
