New opportunity has arisen for Executive Assistant to support the CFO and Finance director of a Global organisation based in London City

What would I be doing day to day?

Responsibilities:

• Complex diary management
• Diarising all important events such as conferences, events and support meetings taking place
• Ensuring all paper work and filing is up to date
• Organising all travel, visa arrangements, itineraries and accommodation
• Diarising all important events such as conferences, events and support meetings taking place
• Taking minutes in meeting when required
• Preparation on any PowerPoint presentations and projects that need assistance
• Processing all external invoices and expense claims

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience: The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a corporate environment, will have excellent communication skills; hand written, face to face and on the phone. Experience working on Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience working at C-Level is essential.
