This wonderful technology focused client based in the heart of London is seeking a hardworking and experienced receptionist / administrator to join its busy corporate office on a temp to perm basis.

This is a highly administrative role with extensive client contact. So the ideal candidate will be degree calibre with strong administration skills and a great attitude.

You will be based in the company showroom so meeting and greeting clients will be a big part of your day to day role. Your duties will also include providing administration support to the sales team and keeping the London showroom in first class condition! 

Duties will include:

- Managing the London showroom facility ensuring it is always in first class condition

- Manging the booking process ensuring that all requirements are known in advance and avoiding duplicate bookings

- Meet and greet visitors

- Ensure that the facility is set up as per the booking schedule including moving partitioning wall, equipment, tables and chairs and checking that all audio visual equipment is in working order

- Manage supplier relationships (e.g., cleaner, plumber, security) to ensure SLAs are met and that issues are resolved in a timely manner reporting any issues that remain unresolved to the Sales Administration Manager and/or the ITC Manager

- Liaise with Landlord

- Carry out daily and weekly tasks as set out in the Showroom Manual – e.g., cleaning the coffee machine, checking machines and related software to ensure in working order and replenishing paper supply

- Manage showroom kit replacement process

- Manage all catering requirements as per the booking schedule

- Manage all local events and assist with bigger scale events

- Check and replenish catering stock

- Check and replenish stationery stocks

- Unlock and lock down the premises including deactivating and activating the alarm

- Provide ad hoc assistance to customers and colleagues
