We have a fantastic prospect for an experienced Team Assistant, to join a leading global investment bank within the Equities Department. Supporting 2 busy Sales MDs you will be organised, able to multi task and an active team player.
This is a maternity cover role and a great opportunity to make a mark in a dynamic company.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar organisation
- High volume phone calls and emails
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and special events
- Travel and expenses
- Ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow, miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support
Requirements:
- Strong MS Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter to senior level executives
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise
- Good sense of humour
- Communication skills, articulate and resourceful
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure
