Junior PA - The Arts (Bond Street) W1.  A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a polished and well spoken Junior PA with a roll up the sleeves attitude to support this truly lovely Business Development Manager within sumptuous offices in Bond Street.  This is a busy role which will entail some out of hours support now and again.  Keeping a very busy diary and meetings schedule, fielding calls, greeting clients/visitors, running errands, assisting with shows and exhibitions when required. Checking emails, planning travel and itineraries, basic expenses and administration.  A big smile and a willing nature is essentail. Able to work in absolute discretion and have a strong work ethic and career orientation.  Fabulous working atmosphere and great team. Degree standard and 1 - 2 years experience with excellent IT and communication skills
