Receptionist: My client - a prestigious and well respected City law firm are now looking for a polished, well presented and switched on Receptionist to provide a first class client service experience to their visitors, including VIP clients.

Receptionist: You will be maintaining a professional reception desk at all times, looking after the front of house area, dealing with incoming calls and coordinating reservations, as well as assisting the events team with on-site events and seminars.

The successful Receptionist will have the following experience/skills:

• Legal Receptionist experience would be ideal, but not essential
• Must have experience within professional services
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Fantastic customer care/service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
