Private PA - High Profile Creative

Private PA - to a high profile creative individual - Central London.  An interesting and rare role has arisen for a polished and emotionally mature Private PA to support this high profile creative individual in all personal matters/household.  This is a new role due to the busy life of the individual and the commitments within their life/family.  The incoming Private PA must be solutions driven, able to sort out pressing matters without fuss, have excellent prioritisation skills and a cv demonstrating  4 - 5 years minimum working within a demanding and diverse Private PA role in London.  The role will include running the private diary/calendar for the Principal and family, liaising with and hiring household staff when required, arranging travel and family holidays,resorts and hotels.  Transport and logistics when travelling.  Deal with any rennovations & property matters, dealing with trades and suppliers.  Arranging deliveries, organsing dinner parties, private dinner and functions, dealing with caterers.  Sourcing theatre and show tickets, dinner and lunch reservations.  Assisting with household bills, insurances and follow through. Sourcing gifts, replying to invitations & events.  Running errands, personal research for the family (including children).  The role is interesting and varies and based at the Principals' Office/Studio in Central London with occasional visits to the house when required in North London.  It is pivotal that you have liaisied with members of staff within a corporate environment and worked closely with the Principals' Corporate PA with regard to logistics, planning, diary management etc to avoid clashes and problems.  Highly organised and efficient with a problem solving attitude you will hit the ground running and have bags of emotional intellgence as to timing and the importance of various matters.  Well spoken, polished and saavy this is a wonderful opportunity that will open doors for a private PA who likes a busy and involving day working in collaboration and getting top results.  Excellent package + bonus
