THE COMPANY:
Our client is one of the top international law firm, based in the heart of the City. Currently they are looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to help grow their already established team for a full time role working between 13:00 – 21:00 Monday to Friday. If you have experience in a similar role and are looking to step into an enterprising, leading and dynamic company this could be the role for you.
THE ROLE:
The purpose of the role will be to manage and develop the Reception team, ensuring company standards are continued and clients and visitors have an exceptional welcome to the firm and professional approach.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- People management – working with a team of 9 and ensuring their job roles are met and assist with training, development and keeping them motivated.
- Delivering a high level of client service at all times
- Manage rotas to continue seamless cover for reception at all times
- Where appropriate identify areas of improvement and helping new ideas and new ways of working
- Conduct with annual appraisals and get involved within the end to end recruitment process
- Work with other managers across other sectors to ensure smooth running of meetings
- Problem solving
THE PERSON:
Previous experience managing a team in a busy environment.
People management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Good IT knowledge
Ability to coach and mentor
Professional Appearance
Experience of managing a high volume of meeting rooms
Corporate or Hospitality Supervisory experience is essential
