Facilities Assistant

City of London  £18,000 - £22,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a personable, efficient facilities and administrative assistant to join a leading Insurance company is the heart of London. This is an entry level role and would suit someone enthusiastic and looking for a platform to start their career within facilities.

Duties as follows:

  • To effectively support the Facilities Team in ensuring the smooth running of the office as a whole
  • To assist with setting up meeting rooms for various functions
  • To provide an outstanding service to all visiting clients
  • Any help needed with office moves
  • Post room duties
  • To assist with general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and scanning of documents as required
  • To deal with all incoming and outgoing post
  • To book couriers as required

Excellent organisational and communication skills are required for this role as well as a positive and proactive work ethic.
