URGENT - HR Advisor, central London, CIPD - £35-45k

A brand new opportunity has arisen for a CIPD HR professional as a HR Advisor. This will be a busy and varied role where you are able to take ownership, reporting to the HR Director and line managing a more junior member of staff. Working in an office of 30/40pp - this fast growing and successful company are seeking a driven ream member who has solid experience of being a HR Advisor, someone who has dealt with recruitment, provided guidance and advice to senior management, put together and implemented training plans, handled grievances and disciplinaries and more. Personality along with experience is important, ideally a graduate, hard working, business savvy, articulate, well presented, down to earth, professional with a gsoh.
