HR Assistant Administrator £25k- £30k P.A (based on experience)

Who will you be working for?

Based in the heart of London in an area steeped in history, you will be working within a well recognised organisation who offer a range of services for privates investors. Excellent transport links, central location and an excellent company, this is a great opportunity for the right candidate.

What does the role consist of?

The purpose of the role is to provide HR administrative support to a team of three in the current HR department. Assisting on a daily basis to ensure the smooth delivery and running of the HR function. The main areas of responsibility will be joiner and leaver administration, coordinating temporary and contract staff and supporting generalist HR processes. Working closely with the HR team, you will help with the maintenance of HR and recruitment activities, the HR database and overall HR admin support.

 

What will the successful candidate be like?

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent and ideally also holding an HR-related qualification
  • Proven experience of delivery administrative support, ideally in HR or recruitment
  • Experience of managing and updating database systems
  • Ability to work flexibly, take own initiative and excellent attention to detail
  • Ideally have experience working in a corporate environment
