Corporate Receptionist/Office Assistant - Temp 2/3 Months - West End!
We are urgently looking for an exceptional corporate receptionist/office assistant to join a busy boutique finance house based in the West end.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and will assist with general office administration on an ad hoc basis and assist with an office refurbishment.
You will be proactive and organised, experience with projects is preferred.
This is a temporary position and will continue for 2-3 months.
Responsibilities will include;
- General Administration
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering telephone calls
- Assisting with logistics for a project
The hours are 8-6pm with flexibility on an hourly rate of £12-14p.h.
