Our client, a leading global name within the Reinsurance sector, is seeking a proactive, team oriented Team Assistant to work closely alongside their Executive Assistant to CEO.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking to develop their administrative support career within the London Insurance market, working in stunning offices based in the heart of the City.

Providing wide ranging administrative support, the Team Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming calls, as well as meeting and greeting visitors, and managing diaries on behalf of the Senior Broking team.

Other responsibilities will include preparing travel itineraries and booking accommodation, processing expenses on Concur, and preparing documents and binding presentations for meetings.

To secure this sought after opportunity, you will need a minimum of 12 months' experience within a similar administrative or Team Assistant role, in the Insurance industry.

Strong skills in MS Office are a must, as is an adaptable and 'can do' approach, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, without sacrificing accuracy.
