EA for Exciting Fashion Company

We are looking for an EA to join a really exciting fashion visual merchandising company. It is a small, international company who are busy and successful. The job will be varied and seasonal, duties will include:

• Keep accurate financial records/ systems on projects to share with HQ
• General office management
• Booking meetings, answering phone calls
• Keep up to date records of recent projects
• Co-ordinating projects, including time management of project, liaising with clients and suppliers and following up post projects
