This is a unique reception role working for a top West End investment firm. This position will see you taking on a key role representing a very high end business. In addition to reception tasks, there will be additional EA tasks including diary management and administration. We are looking for someone with good experience who is polished and articulate with a warm and friendly approach. The team are fantastic! They have a dedicated management team and a good network of assistants to support you. You will be hard pushed to find a company with benefits as good as this.
We are looking for someone who will take complete ownership of this role. Your reception duties will include meeting and greeting high profile guests and answering all incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. You will take responsibility for all meeting rooms ensuring that they are prepared for meetings, incoming and outgoing mail, ordering office supplies and liaising with suppliers. There will be interaction with building management to ensure that all facilities are kept in tip-top shape. In addition to this, you will take PA support including diary management, booking travel, coordinating meetings, research, reporting and preparation for meetings.
The ideal person will take great pride in their role and representing the business. You will be proactive and have an awareness of what is going around you. You will be a team player able to develop relationships within the business and ensure that all clients feel well looked after.
