PA

We have a fantastic new PA role on working for an amazing Finance company. We are looking for a PA with solid finance experience.

As the PA you will be supporting 5 Sales Directors therefore it is important that you are able to work well under pressure, pick things up easily and can be adaptable. 

Personal Assistant duties within the role will include:

• Provide secretarial and administration assistance to the sales directors 
• Diary management 
• Extensive travel organisation 
• Scheduling meetings 
• Inbox and email management 
• Answering calls / gate keeping 
• Assist on ad hoc projects
