We are representing a prominent city law firm in Central London who are seeking a receptionist that has an interest in getting involved with the accounts team. No formal accounts experience is required, but if you are interested in the area with some office experience we would be happy to consider you!

Role Function:

To work as a receptionist whilst undertaking various administrative duties in the accounts department.

Duties:

- Normal receptionist duties, presenting a professional approach to clients

- Managing the meeting room diaries, and prepping the meeting rooms

- Answering the phone

- Dealing with cheques, petty cash and some

- Assisting the cashiering team during busy periods and month-end procedures

- Be a holiday stand-in for accounts and administrative staff

Ideal Candidate:

- Have a years' office experience in a front-facing role (Ideally as a receptionist)

- Have an interest in accounts
