Join a slick, driven and passionate business in the city as the lynchpin PA to the Exec team. Supporting the Founder and 3 Partners, this role will be very involving, fast paced and mentally stimulating. In addition you will take on general running of the office. This role offers excellent growth opportunities within the business in order to become a key team member. The team are energetic, ambitious and high performers and we are looking for a like minded PA!

With extensive involvement in projects, you will be able to use your organisational and coordination skills to maximum capacity. Good writing skills, attention to detail and excellent grammar will be essential as you will also responsible for email correspondence, putting together tenders and pitches and proofreading. 

Other responsibilities include:

  • Diary management, coordinating meetings, conference calls and appointments
  • Updating the management team of any upcoming commitments and follow up
  • Booking flights/travel and arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and schedules for offsite meetings
  • Assist Consultants to build bespoke brochures and client proposals
  • Collating and preparing documents for meetings and projects
  • Provide weekly stats to managers on team performance 
  • Friendly greeting of clients and visitors and attending to their needs.
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Posting industry related news articles on the company social media pages

Requirements: 

  • Must be educated to university level with a First or 2:1
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and written 
  • Friendly, professional and full of initiative 
  • High standard of accuracy and consistent attention to detail
