PA

We have just taken on a meaty PA role with project co-ordination, on behalf of our client, an established global publishing and market research company, who specialise within the energy and commodities sector. They are based in the City, currently close to Farringdon with a move closer to Holborn planned for this year and they have fantastic offices in preparation!
 
The successful EA will provide 1:1 support to the CFO which will include but is not limited to the following duties; diary, complex and regular international travel and expenses. The projects will be wide ranging and largely ad-hoc but will involve supporting his work with the Finance Team.

Our client is looking for a PA who can demonstrate the following:

• Proactive

• Intellectual curiosity
• Experience working for a Senior Level Executive is highly desirable

The core hours are 9am - 5:30pm with some flexibility required and the client is willing to offer up to £50k for the right person. They offer a pension scheme, season ticket loan, private healthcare and 25 days' holiday which rises yearly.
