Property Co-ordinator / Administrator (Property Management) Part time
Our client is looking for a property professional with a high level of traditional administration skills and property experience. They are a forward thinking property agency and are looking for an experienced and organised property co-ordinator with property management experience.
The role is based in Hampstead ( North West London ) and on site at properties, so travel within in London is required. A driving license would be beneficial.
Property Management
Managing day to day property management
Dealing with tenants and resolving property issues
Liaising with handymen and constructions companies
Souring the best and economical tradesmen for clients
Creating professional inventories
Check in and check out reports
Updating utilities companies
Property inspections
Liaising with landlords
Dealing with councils regarding legal licensing schemes and completing for landlords
Resourceful and able to solve a variety of problems
Tenancy legal aspects and liaising with legal department
Property Administration
Liaising with landlords
Providing a high end client / customer service
Updating property particulars on the company website
Organising professional photography, floorplans & EPC’S
Searching for high end tenants for suitable properties
Searching online for available landlord & vendors
Building business with landlords / vendors / tenants / buyers and customers
Sourcing adverting and networking events
No two days will be the same with busy periods (to make deadlines) and quiet periods (catching up on admin) so looking for someone who is self motivated and can prioritise.
They are looking for a part time person 16 to 20 hours per week, which will require occasional weekends with hours off in lieu over the month, flexibility is expected and given.
Hourly rate between £9.75 and £11.oo per hour depending on property background.
Solid administration skills, typing, accurate record keeping, scanning, filing, updating databases, basic accounts, IT literate, good software knowledge and able to pick up new cloud based software easily.
