Our client, a Data Publishing company based in the West End is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to ensure the office runs smoothly and be the linchpin of the organisation. Your main responsibilities will include: • All front of house duties • Ensure the office and meeting room areas are tidy at all time • Reporting any facility, IT or building issues • Order stationery, catering supplies and IT equipment • Manage the security systems • To keep up to date with company policies You will have strong MS Office skills, previous administration/reception experience and have high attention to detail along with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
