PA

We have just taken on a unique PA position working for a boutique capital management firm, based in in Mayfair.
 
You will be working for the Founder of the firm on both the business and personal side. He is an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual looking for someone to ensure his business and personal life run smoothly. Your main responsibilities would include; lots of complex travel arrangement, diary management, expenses and other ad hoc tasks. There are 10 people working in the London office and it's a calm working environment.
 
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• An exceptional work ethic
• Be self-motivated 
• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. They are open to level of experience, but proven experience as a PA is essential.

In return they are offering up to £45k as well as a comprehensive benefits package including free lunch! Their core hours are 8-5pm or 9-6pm with flexibility required when necessary.
