We are seeking an Insurance Team Assistant for a company based in the heart of the City. The role will be paying £30,000 per annum (temp equivalent), with an immediate start. Please see below for the job specification of this position.

Duties will include:

  • Copy Typing
  • Diary Management
  • Co-ordinating schedules
  • Travel arrangement organisation
  • Data Management
  • Expenses Management

The Candidate:

  • Typing and admin experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Advanced Microsoft Word experience
  • Ability to work within a small team and on their own
