A fabulous opportunity to join the Philanthropy team at a City organisation steeped in history and tradition.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide administrative support for the philanthropy department, including database management, expenses
- Event Coordination
- To provide some PA support to the Director of Philanthropy including diary and travel management
- To administer the small grants programme including data inputting, reporting and processing
- To be the primary point of contact for external enquiries and communications to the department
Person Specification
- Administration experience; using databases, payment processing, record management.
- Events administration experience; sending invitations, managing RSVPs.
- Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written skills, with experience of dealing with people at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003 and 2010
- Pro-active and positive approach to work and someone who takes initiative.
- High attention to detail is required for this role.
- Experience using GIFTSs Grants database or similar grants management systems (desirable)
