Legal Administrator - College Leaver/ Recent Graduate Permanent - £18-£22K
A world leading Law Firm is looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join their beautiful London offices on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a college leaver or recent graduate looking for an entry level role to get on the career ladder and gain some invaluable experience, all within a top international law firm!
You will be joining a well-established Law Firm and be part of the corporate team and be required to:
-Log and scan post and correspondence.
-Photocopy and file.
-Deal with enquiries by telephone and email.
-Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
-Organise travel arrangements.
-Diary management.
-Any other ad-hoc duties to support the team
To be successful in this position you will need to be CILEX or ILEX qualified or be a recent graduate and have excellent communication skills, computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a positive 'can do' attitude with the ability to motivate themselves and team members around them.
