Temporary PA to Bursar

This beautiful and prestigious private school based in North London is seeking a dynamic, hardworking and experience PA to support its inspiring Bursar. The ideal candidate will have previous school PA experience and be seeking an ongoing temporary role. 

Duties will include (but is not limited to those listed below):

Extensive diary management.

Health & safety responsibility for the school.

Help manage the Bursar's workload to ensure that their day always runs to time.

Manage / update the contact database.

Arrange meeting and take minutes.

Meet and greet parents and visitors.

First point of contact for the Bursar's office.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors etc.

Order office stationery
